Can I swallow chewing gum?Updated a year ago

We don't recommend swallowing any chewing gum. Most chewing gum is made from plastic, and no one wants to swallow plastic. 

If you're chewing Nuud, it's plastic free, plant based and biodegradable and once you're done chewing Nuud you can dispose of it in your compost!
