How can I get a refund?Updated a year ago

To be eligible for a refund, the items within the order must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. 

Please contact us to arrange for your order to be returned. We’ll notify you once we’ve received it, and let you know if the refund is approved. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any shipping fees originally charged. 

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and we’re unable to refund any customs fees.
